We went to the "new" Bistro buffet in February, the weekend after Valentines Day to have a nice Sunday Brunch and we came away with a less than stellar experience. After trying to chew down the beef steak medallions I tried the salmon which was off color and cold by the time I got to it. My girlfriend wanted a salad and will only eat a salad with hard boiled egg and the ones they had looked terribly undercooked, and nearly raw. W.W. Las Vegas, NV
